Sewell Wallis have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Scheduler to join an innovative and progressive company based close to Bingley on a temporary basis for 12 months. Reporting to the Field Services Support Team Leader you will be situated inan immaculate and open plan office. The role will be reviewed at the end of the contract period and has the potential to change to a permanent post or be extended.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Regional scheduling planning and design
- Documenting all processes and procedures on the system
- Plan appointments with customers in line with current WIP schedule
- Assist with the programming and scheduling of any project works being undertaken within the region
- Produce reports for senior members when required
- Manage and update time sheets for your assigned engineers
- Query resolution
- Have geographic awareness of the UK
- Be a strong team player
- Have experience of scheduling and associated processes and systems
- Have experience in a call centre or customer service environment
- Excellent communication skills
