**Location: Remote, with travel to Wokefield Park, Berkshire and Capital Court, Uxbridge, Middlesex plus travel as and when required to UK based Retailers (infrequent).**

Talent Solutions has identified the need for an additional Programme Professional to join an existing Team and take responsibility for a specific section of the operational process and delivery of a managed service solutions to the our client. The ProgrammeProfessional will be responsible for delivering an outstanding level of customer services for Hiring Managers - taking down detailed and accurate briefings for their vacancies; checking information against quality assurance matrices; launching the attractionstrategy and providing regular pipeline and service updates. In addition, you will work closely with your colleagues to quality assure all adverts and management information materials; quality assure check applicants within the Talent Pool and discuss Talentwith Hiring Managers and our Senior Stakeholders.
As the Programme Professional you will account manage permanent RPO advertising and attraction materials and be responsible for ensuring that all vacancies are managed against set process steps, milestones and budgetary guidelines whilst ensuring high levelsof customer satisfaction. You will provide a high touch service to the hiring manager and will be responsible for all communications with the hiring manager and quality of Management Information and supplementary webinar materials/Retailer materials submitted.
Furthermore, you may have the opportunity to work on other parts of the end-to-end process or other projects such as resourcing/recruitment/shortlisting/vetting or onboarding and the potential to support on other projects when you have capacity to do so
**Key Responsibilities **Client Relationship Management**:
- Responsible for developing strong client relationships with all levels of Managers up to and including Senior Manager level, creating high level relationships with recruiting line managers / business areas.
- Pro-active recruitment planning with business managers.
- Manage the initial recruitment process from authorisation, vacancy creation, advertising, and sourcing
- Ensure the accuracy of all information and ensure the pipeline is managed closely with any concerns raised immediately to the Programme Manager.
- Responsible for accurate data entry and management of roles via our website
- Responsible for ensuring the profiles submitted to Managers are of a high quality
- Responsible for searching the Talent Pool and sharing best available Talent with Retailers
- Responsible for upholding corporate and customer specific brand guidelines across all materials
- Obtain feedback on campaign successes and any applicant hires made
- Building and developing client relationships to ensure productive and long-term relationships and exceptional standards of service delivery.
- Ensure compliance internally and externally at all stages of the vacancy creation process
- Supporting Programme Manager in achieving set KPI's and SLAs across the Programme including time to fill and quality measures
**Specialist skills**:
- Assemble and analyse data/facts available, to investigate and understand problems then consider a range of possible options
- Copy writing of advertisements to ensure consistent tone of voice and correct brand guidelines are followed
- Presentation skills to enable delivery of web based and face to face presentations to the Retailer Network
- Good marketing knowledge or interest in website management/administration
- Basic Excel skills and desire to upskill these
**Key Skills/Experience **Key skills**:
- Experienced recruitment, marketing or customer service experience, client account manager either In-house or agency
- Experience of working or recruiting within a Retail/Technical/Automotive discipline would be a distinct advantage
- Exceptionally strong relationship and influencing skills
