**Graduate Trainee | London**

We are recruiting for a Graduate Trainee opening with a fast-growing company, working on their telecoms project, primarily marketing and selling solutions in Phone and Broadband Services.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing start up with a prestigious client portfolio, and the chance to learn, grow and develop in the business world.

**Graduate Trainee Objectives**

**Learn about key areas of the business; primarily marketing & sales strategies, client relations, campaign inception, training, and much more**
- Complete a programme of professional sales training that will equip you with all of the tools and skills needed to thrive in a successful sales and management career
- Build strong relationships with and deliver excellent customer service to new and existing B2C clients.
- Manage new and current sales accounts, spot opportunities for growth and maximise profitability.

**The Package**
- £26,500 plus uncapped commissions

**Skills & Requirements**
- Well-presented, sales-focused graduate ideally with some sales or customer service experience
- Passionate about pursuing a career in business management within a sales environment
- An excellent communicator and networker
- Tenacious, driven and money-motivated
- Able to build strong relationships with a wide variety of people
