**You can achieve**:

- £25,000 Base + Uncapped Commission Realistically earn £40k in your first year

**You will need to be**:

- A recent graduate with a 2:1 degree or above in any disciple
- Money hungry
- Competitive, resilient and ambitious - Everything a successful sportsman has to be
- To succeed in recruitment you have to be the type of person that will never give up and will do what needs to be done to succeed and see those thousands in your pay check

**You will be**:

- Selling
- Cold calling to build up a new client base
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals
