The Package for a Trinee Recruiter:

- A competitive basic salary of £25k

This is a trainee recruiter role. No previous Recruitment Consultancy experience is needed; however you will need to be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

- Resilience
- Money hunger
- Competitiveness
- Desire to always be the best
- Natural sales ability
- Ability to establish relationships and build rapport quickly

Ideally you will have a 2:1 degree in any discipline and direct sales experience is desirable but not a must.
