**Role: Trainee Recruiter**

**Location: London (Liverpool Street)**

**Package: £23K-26K Basic Salary - £35K OTE Year 1, £50K OTE Year 2 and £70K Year 3**

This company is a fast-growing Recruitment Agency based in London city centre and currently sit at a head count of 29 staff. They are going through a period of rapid growth and are soon to open a New York office with relocation opportunities available within24 months for top performing graduates. They are huge believers in training and personal development and give you a big budget for internal and external training and give you time to develop into the very best consultant you can be. Cohesiveness and teamworkare big on this company’s agenda rather than dog eat dog which a lot of recruitment agencies can be like. They are now looking to add to their award-winning graduate team

**Trainee Recruiter - The Role**
- Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
- Account Management
- Building relationships with existing and new clients
- Networking
- Negotiating
- Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies

**Trainee Recruiter - The Requirements**:

- 2:1 at Degree Level or 2 Years Sales Experience
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Strong work ethic
- A financially motivated individual
- A competitive and ambitious person
- Someone who is resilient
- Personable
