Admin Support / Out-patient Receptionist - Band 2

37.5 hours per week -Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm)

18 months - Fixed Term / Secondment (see attached form)

Stratford Health Centre, supports Community Adult Mental Health Service, providing out-patient care.

**Who we’re Seeking**: Applicants with reception experience to join our small admin team in providing a comprehensive administration service to Consultant Psychiatrists and clinical teams, supporting the growing demand for provision of care for Mental Health services within the South Warwickshire area.

**The Job Role**: Interesting and varied and includes out-patient reception duties, scanning, care records management and data inputting using CareNotes software - (previous experience an advantage but training will be provided). We are looking for individuals who are personable, empathetic, and comfortable working within the mental health service environment. This is an excellent career development opportunity for self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals who wish to pursue an administrative career in the NHS.

**Skills and Experience**: We’re looking for someone who is friendly and approachable with great communication skills, who can build working relationships and provide a kind and compassionate service.

The essential requirements of this post require a good telephone manner, high level of communication skills, attention to detail and sensitivity due to the nature of the service. You will have good organisational skills, be able to prioritise and multitask and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Applicants will also require a DBS check if successful at interview.
