We are now looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our enthusiastic team.

**Responsibilities for a Night Porter**
- To maintain and uphold the security of the Hotel during the night.
- To uphold exceptionally high standards of cleanliness in the public areas.
- To provide excellent standards and quality of customer service at all times.

**Requirements for a Night Porter**
- Friendly, outgoing and motivated to go the extra mile for guests and colleagues
- Excellent personal appearance and hygiene standards
- Great attention to detail
- Knowledge of industry related regulations
- To maintain a high standard of internal and external customer care by responding to guest requests and requirements, communicating respectfully with colleagues and other departments
- Experience in Hospitality systems such as Micros and Res-diary preferred but not essential
- Attention to the smallest detail
- A passion for hospitality and great customer service
- Friendly, courteous, and helpful, with excellent communication skills

**Salary**: £10.77 per hour
