**Assistant Manager**

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a vital role in leading a passionate team, driving store performance, and ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile and the right Apple solution for their needs.

You’ll work alongside the Store Manager to maintain high operational standards, motivate your team, and deliver outstanding results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales, service, and operational goals. Lead by example to create a welcoming and engaging in
- store experience.
- Mentor and develop team members through coaching, training, and feedback.
- Oversee daily operations including merchandising, and store presentation.
- Handle customer escalations with empathy and professionalism.

**About you**:
You’re passionate about Apple products, customer experience, and team leadership. You have a knack for inspiring others and turning challenges into opportunities.

**You'll bring**:

- Previous experience in retail management or team leadership (technology or premium retail preferred).
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and sales performance metrics. Excellent communication, organisation, and problem
- solving skills.
- A genuine enthusiasm for technology, Apple’s ecosystem and current user of Mac and iPhone.
- Working in store Wednesday to Sunday.
