We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our Customer Service Department based in Dungannon Business Park.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience with an industry leading Customer Services organization. The role will be responsible for assisting with a wide variety of transactional and administrative tasks.

Activities may include but are not limited to the following:

- Supporting order management and phone queue operations
- Recordkeeping
- Coordinate order fulfillment by liaising with customer support teams and other departments inside and outside the organization
- Data entry and systems updates
- Health & Safety Compliance
- Audit Compliance and adherence to Terex policies
- Provide High Level of Transactional Quality
- Develop Skills through Training
- Providing support for the parts dealer network
- Support of the online helpdesk and online ordering systems
- To oversee and perform administrative functions concerned with the implementation of new processes

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Educated to GCSE’s level or equivalent including Maths and English
- Familiarisation with basic business software is expected.
- Experience in similar role preferred, Customer service experiences a plus.
- Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn machine order processing systems, including pricing, invoicing, and shipping functions.
