**Trainee Property Negotiator Job Description**

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Commercial Property Negotiator to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the property sector. As a Trainee Property Negotiator, you will learn the ins and outs of property negotiation, sales, and customer service while working closely with highly experienced property professionals. You will learn about all aspects of commercial and development property including planning, building construction, the law relating to commercial and residential tenancies and emerging regulations surrounding property management.

We are a small but highly experienced team and we are looking to recruit someone who is seeking a long term career position and who can grow with us.

**Duties**
- Assist in the negotiation process for property sales and rentals, learning from experienced negotiators.
- Conduct viewings of properties, providing potential clients with detailed information and answering queries.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings using our administrative systems.
- Support the team in marketing properties through various channels, including social media and online listings.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met throughout the negotiation process.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth transactions from initial inquiry to completion.
- Attend training sessions to enhance your knowledge of the property market and negotiation techniques.

**Experience**
- Previous experience is not essential provide you can demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and confidently
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for interacting with clients and colleagues effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail..

Pay: £19,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
