Salary: OTE £35,000 per annum

Our client is a leading, well-respected estate and lettings agency based in Bournemouth. With an excellent local reputation for premium service and market expertise, the company is expanding its lettings division and now seeks a driven and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join the team.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Support the day-to-day operations of the lettings department
• Market properties, respond to enquiries, and arrange viewings
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate rental agreements
• Manage tenancy applications, reference checks, and prepare tenancy agreements
• Coordinate tenant move-ins and ensure smooth transitions
• Generate, organise, and attend market appraisals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Ensure all lettings activity complies with legislation and company policy
• Manage administrative duties efficiently
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems
• Deliver high standards of client service at every stage 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in lettings
• Proven ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Excellent customer care and communication skills
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and numerate
• Knowledge of current lettings legislation and best practice
• Positive, team-focused attitude with a proactive approach
• Resilient and professional in a busy environment
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Strong written and verbal communication
