Vacancy: RESIDENTIAL SENIOR SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Highcliffe, SO42

Salary: OTE £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator is sought for this highly successful independent Estate Agency with several offices in and around the New Forest.

Our client is looking for a proactive, driven and personable Sales & Lettings Negotiator with an excellent track record in the industry and a real ambition to be successful.

The perfect candidate will have some previous experience in Estate Agency and can generate and win business whilst consistently providing exceptional client service.

The Company: Our client is a highly successful, valued Estate & Lettings Agency firm with offices based in the New Forest. They are known for their high standards, expertise and their commitment to career development and training.

 Skills required for this Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator role will include:

  • Previous residential sales experience and / or lettings experience essential
  • Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Great telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of the local area helpful
  • Full UK Driving License essential
  • A desire to succeed and be the best
