Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Negotiator for our Town Centre office. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their property needs and is an excellent opportunity to work for a growing buisness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate offers between Vendors and buyers
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property requirements
- Assist clients in the buying, selling, or renting process from start to finish
- Coordinate property listings and ensure accurate information is displayed
- Carry out administrative tasks related to property transactions
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and property regulations
- Carry out market appraisals (full training can be provided if no experience).

**Skills**:

- Strong administrative skills to handle paperwork and documentation
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organisational skills to manage multiple client relationships and property listings
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
