The Global HR Manager role will be to support and liaise with staff globally to ensure all aspects of HR are professionally managed throughout their offices.
This is a full time, permanent role based in Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey
The successful applicant must have previous experience as a global or European HR Manager.
As the Global HR Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all legal compliance and risk management matters and procedures are up to date and professionally followed. You will also be responsible for all people matters to include providing incentivesin order to expand business performance to ensuring the high retention of talent.
Your role includes, but is not limited too;
*Advising the Executive Team in all HR related matters
*Liaising with the Executive Team and recruitment manager in responding to the company's global recruitment needs. To include salary benchmarking.
- Managing legislation, HR policies and good practice
- Managing the onboarding of all new staff globally
*Managing staff's annual pay and bonus reviews. Signing off the monthly payroll and reconciliations
- Provide support to managers in all aspects of people management, to include performance management, attendance, training and development and objective setting.
*Be the point of contact for escalation point management issues
- Annually review employee benefit programs
The successful Global HR Manager will be CIPD qualified and have experience in International or European HR Management with working knowledge of UK and international employment law.
You will be liaising with higher management in the company in order to support decision making, maximise the company's procedures and ensure all legislation and HR practices are up to date and enforced.
You must possess integrity, professionalism and sound judgment. Be able to problem solve and build relationships.
