We are currently recruiting for Apprentice Sales Advisors to join us within our City Plumbing Spares business to help us grow, deliver sales and exceed customer expectations. If this sounds like you, then an Apprentice Sales Advisor withinour Spares division could open up a world of opportunity The role: As an Apprentice Sales Advisor within our Spares division, you’ll act as a first point of contact for our customers, building rapport with them and encouraging repeat business. You’ll be the go-to person for all things spares whilst naturally promoting andembracing our inclusive team environment and we’re sure you’ll have some fun along the way Key Responsibilities: ? Contributing towards the branch spares sales targets ? Attracting and securing new customers and business ? Ensuring we maintain high standards, creating and maintaining a loyal customer base and providing a first class service. ? Assisting with the general duties within the branch and providing a specialist Spares point of contact to customers ? Getting involved in Branch activities, gaining exposure and supporting the overall core business You: There’s no need for any previous experience as our Specialist to the Trade Certificate (a Level 2 Trade Supplier Apprenticeship) will arm you with everything you need to know about our business and the products we sell. We’re looking for individuals withthe potential to build a long lasting career within our business, who are as committed as we are about delivering outstanding service to our customers.
