**The Role**

Joining their HR Foundation programme, you will study towards gaining your Level 3 HR Support Apprentice qualification whilst working as part of the HR People Advisory team. The role of the Junior HR Advisor will be to contribute towards the provision ofclear and comprehensive advice and support to business leaders and employees on people matters such as employee relations, performance management, attendance and wellbeing concerns and change activities, and to engage in discussion with employees at differentpoints of their employment lifecycle to collate meaningful insights into employee experience.

As part of their global HR team, you will have the opportunity to explore working with the HR projects, Recruitment, and Operations teams, which presents an exciting opportunity to develop broad human resources knowledge to further your career with.

**What skills and experience do I need?**

They are looking for enthusiastic and personable individuals who are interested in pursuing a career within HR, this could be a recent school leaver, or someone interested in a change of career. Minimum entry requirements are GCSE English and Maths at GradeC/4 or above.

You will need to be able to build credibility, gain trust, and support employees globally, so excellent communication abilities are a must have. A good understanding of what great customer service looks like is important to ensure you support the HR team’sambitions to continuously improve the service they offer the business.
