We are an experienced Sales Executive for an market-leading accountancy firm based in Altrincham and are currently seeking a Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible converting warm leads into business opportunitiesand driving revenue growth through consultative selling of our accounting services.

You will receive a fantastic basic salary of £32,000 plus uncapped commission - OTE - £55,000. Working hours are Monday-Friday, with no late nights or weekends along with an excellent range of employee benefits.

**Duties for the Sales Executive**:

- Converting warm leads in to sales via inbound calls and online leads
- Carry out consultations and advise on the most appropriate product/service
- Provide accurate information to the customer to ensure they know all the features of the service and are given the highest level of customer care
- Adhere to compliance scripts and regulatory procedures at all times
- Work towards set sales targets and activity levels, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline

**You must have Sales experience including the following**:

- A proven track record of successfully closing sales
- Experienced in both inbound and outbound calls
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and rapport with clients.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to continuously improve.

**The package for the Sales Executive**:

- Salary £32,000 with uncapped commission
- 23 days of holiday plus bank holidays rising every year to 27
