Collections Advisor

We are recruiting for Collections Advisors to join one of the fastest growing financial services organisations located in the heart of Manchester City Centre. **The package for the Collection Advisor role**:

**Duties for Collections Advisor**:

- Recovering customer arrears via telephone, written communications and/or any other digital methods introduced into the department / function
- Showing empathy to vulnerable customers
- Setting up repayment arrangements
- General administration duties
- Adhering to the rules and guidelines as set out by the company and its regulators (FCA / ICO/ FLA)
- Adhere to KPI's set by the business

**Skills for the for Collections Advisor**:

- We would like to hear from you if you have experience working in Collections (Late or Early Arrears) as a Collections Agent, Collections Advisor or Similar.
- Strong customer service skill and the ability to empathise with people
- Experienced working within a regulated background
