Service Coordinator

HPC is advertising for a Service Coordinators, to be based at our Head Office in Burgess Hill, West Sussex, to be responsible for the efficient coordination and scheduling of service related work and all associated activities.
Key Accountabilities:
- Allocation of labour, subcontractor and equipment
- Organising the availability and ordering of necessary parts and correct materials
- Supporting service engineers with tooling, vehicle management, safety equipment & PPE
- Review engineer job sheets; arrange return visits where necessary
- Carry out warehouse duties
Managing engineers parts requirement and allocation of parts to service log
Essential skills:
- A working history in a similar role in an industrial engineering environment with experience of planning and scheduling an integral part of the job.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with experience at using multiple software packages eg SAGE, Service Manager etc
- Excellent organisation skills and a can do attitude with the ability to prioritise work within a busy schedule
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
