**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish, ensuring smooth logistics and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, goals, and budget to tailor events accordingly.
- Manage event timelines, budgets, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring everything is on track and within budget.
- Assist in selecting venues, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with external vendors such as caterers, decorators, and entertainers.
- Oversee event setup, tear down, and ensure all logístical requirements are met.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams to keep all parties informed of event progress.
- Handle on-site event coordination, troubleshooting any issues that arise during the event.
- Provide post-event evaluations and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or background in events or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A creative, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
