Assisting with the administration and control on the construction of large projects, identifying opportunities for new stores or managing the existing store estate. Whatever the task, you'll put your all into it.

We do things our own way at Aldi. But whatever we're doing, we must be getting it right. With a wave of impressive sales figures behind us, we're opening new stores at lightning speed. It means our property teams are always kept on their toes.

The National Property Team requires a Property Assistant - Technical Services, to support the ongoing development and implementation of National rollout projects across stores and RDCs in the GB / IE Aldi Estate.

The role requires experience in an administration role whilst experience in either project or maintenance roles would be beneficial. Strong inter-personal and communication skills are also required as the role involves regular engagement with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

**Your New Role**
- Provide organisational and administrative support to the National Property Director and wider team
- Co-ordinate team financial planning and assisting in projecting project costs
- Diary management
- Prepare, analyse and create reports, presentations, memos and minutes
- Monitor and report on National projects
- Process invoices, and associated documents in accordance with departmental processes
- Collate, manipulate, and analyse complex data
- Day to day management or interaction with external contractors or consultants
- Organise ad hoc events such as training workshops or review meetings
- Ensure the electronic filing of documents, including scanning of documents and upload of information on to asset management software

**About you**
- A-Level qualifications or equivalent
- Strong numerical skills and comfortable working with financial data
- Experience with working in an office administration or personal assistant role
- Experience of data analysis and generating reports
- Proven delivery and budget management experience
- Able to plan ahead with a strong sense of personal organisation
- Comfortable liaising with contractors and suppliers
- Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Previous experience using SAP or equivalent software

**What You’ll get in Return**
- Salary £33,075 rising to £38,580
- 5-day/40-hour week, working Monday
