Assisting with the administration and control on the construction of large projects, identifying opportunities for new stores or managing the existing store estate. Whatever the task, you'll put your all into it.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly motivated, fast paced team as a Personal Assistant to the National Real Estate Group Director. You’ll be supporting the National Real Estate Group Director with the administration for a number of exciting projects within the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a valuable addition to a growing and dynamic department.

The scale of real estate projects we’re undertaking is huge. In this fast-paced role, you'll log requests for funds and invoices. Naturally, you will need to be efficient and well organised, with the ability to keep things tidy and well ordered.

**Your New Role**
- Provide organisational and administrative support to the Real Estate Group Director
- Supporting the Real Estate Group Director with external stakeholders, Senior Management and visitors, and preparing for visits
- Planning, coordinating meetings including booking meeting rooms, agenda and presentation preparation
- Ensuring actions and information requests are followed up appropriately
- Extensive diary management ensuring annual and weekly activities run smoothly (meetings, planning & preparation) and schedule reviews to ensure on-time delivery of key pieces of work
- E-filing relevant documentation in accordance with the agreed filing structure
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships and communications with a multitude of contacts and stakeholders, internally and externally
- Create good working relationships with key contacts throughout different departments at all levels
- Regular handling of confidential and sensitive information with the upmost discretion
- Monthly expense completion for the Real Estate Group Director
- Reconciles the Real Estate Group Director’s credit card and associated receipts, produces the credit card summary and submits to the Group Managing Director’s Office.
- Invoice checking, processing, and tracking and adherence to the company policies and procedures
- Arranging UK and International travel, including flights, trains, hotels, airport parking and managing itineraries

**About You**
- Previous Personal Assistant experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Proven ability to work on own initiative and with a wider team
- Strong numerical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills to be able to prioritize and multi-task effectively
- Excellent people management and engagement skills
- Extensive diary management experience
- Presentation preparation for meetings
- Integrity and professional with sensitive data and information
- Pro-active with communications and manages expectations on delivery
- Confident and articulate with the ability to liaise and build relationships with people at all levels including Group Managing Directors or CEO Offices
- Work well and remain calm under pressure
- Able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Team player
- Excellent use of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint skills)

**What You’ll get in Return**
- Salary starting £34,690 rising to £40,510
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
