**Full Time Permanent Position**
We have a great opportunity for a Service Manager to join our Greenleaf Team at our Four Oaks Nursery in Macclesfield. Here you will be required to manage the service team to deliver great service covering new installs, ongoing maintenance, seasonal replantsand Christmas operations.
**A day in the life of a Greenleaf Service Manager will involve;**:

- Supporting the Regional Operations Manager by managing the operations staff to ensure a highly motivated, well trained, productive and efficient team. Resource planning and supporting and developing all members of our service team.
- Management of all processes and procedures to ensure our operations centre complies with all relevant legislation.
- Ensuring our operatives are supported to be aware of and comply with all phs Health and Safety policies both at the centre and for their vehicles.
- Positively deal with customers, both pro-actively and re-actively to support customer retention.
- Management experience within the operations/logistics sector
- Be energetic and inspirational manager with proven ability to lead teams to meet our valued customers expectations
- Hold a valid, full driving licence for at least 12 months (max 6 points) in accordance with the company transport policy.
- A passion for horticulture
- Understand Health & Safety in the workplace, preferably IOSH trained
- Customer focused
- Resource and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills are essential for this role too
- I.T. skills.

Its specialist Christmas production team spend most of the year decorating artificial trees in preparation for the festive season, while Greenleaf’sreal trees are harvested at a sustainable farm in the Midlands. Each tree is available in a wide range of sizes - from a standard 7ft tree to as high as 30ft tall alongside the 3ft tabletop tree, decorative wreaths, garlands and floral arrangements.
