Carter Murray have exclusively partnered with a leading MedTech brand based in West London who are looking to expand their marketing team by bringing onboard a Marketing Automation & CRM Manager. They are a global brand with presence in 14 countries withoffices in London, Houston and Stockholm.

**Job Purpose**

**Essential duties and responsibilities**
- Manage and update CRM data for accuracy and freshness.
- Manage the marketing and customer list subscriptions.
- Build automated alerts to support the sales team.
- Monitor effectiveness of automated campaigns and contribute to the monthly marketing dashboard.
- Manage integrations and data flows between HubSpot and other platforms.

**Skills & Experiences**
- Degree in Marketing / Business
- 1-3 years working with a marketing automation platform such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo or Pardot.
- Knowledge of HTML.
- Experience of creating and implementing lead scoring.
- Comfortable interpreting data.
- Experience with Google Analytics.
