**The Role**

MG in Plymouth have an exciting opportunity for a service advisor to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. A service advisor you'll provide a professional and courteous reception to customers, ensuring the highest standard of customer satisfaction and to promote Vospers core and brand values at all times.

**Key Responsibilities & Accountability**
- Ensure the smooth running of the service department and promote profitability.
- Dealing with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Administration duties.
- Maximise utilisation of the department.
- Ensure the smooth running of service department and promote profitability.
- Booking in vehicles.
- Ensuring appointments are convenient for the customer and department, in line with the workshop capacity.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent Customer service skills.
- Poses previous experience working in the same or a similar role would be desirable but not essential.
- To be motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery.
- Interpersonal, administrative, and organisational skills.
- Excellent IT skills and able to adapt quickly to our bespoke software packages.
- Confident in building strong working relationship with colleagues and clients.
- Hold a valid UK Driving License.

**Hours of Work**

Monday - Friday | 8.30am - 6.00pm

1 in 2 Saturdays | 8.00am - 1.00pm

**Pay**

To be discussed at interview depending on experience and qualifications
