As our Service Director, you'll be the Council's lead representative, ensuring clear governance, strong delivery and a bold vision that creates jobs, improves skills, supports innovation and strengthens national defence capability.You WillShape and lead Team Plymouth's strategic direction and governanceWork collaboratively across government, industry and the CouncilDrive major programmes spanning employment, infrastructure, regeneration, skills and innovationChampion Plymouth nationally to secure further investment and opportunitiesLead matrix-managed teams and manage significant resources effectivelyWe're looking for a credible, senior leader with proven success in major partnerships, economic growth or public-private delivery; and someone who can influence, innovate and deliver real outcomes for Plymouth's communities and businesses.
