Spencer Clarke Group are working with a client to hire a Sales & Account Manager.

The client offers property maintenance to a variety of clients from housing associations to high-end estate agents. They are a professional service covering all types of property maintenance.

**The role
**KEY TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Present, promote and sell our services to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Supply management with reports on customer’s needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services
- Co-ordinate sales effort with team
- Provide customers with information on our services
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within a specified period
- Analysing and chasing outstanding quotes with current property managers
- Tracking the growth of client base and reporting to management
- Build and maintain company LinkedIn account
- Update all socials

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE
**:
1. Experience working within a maintenance company

2. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at one time whilst maintaining sharp attention to detail

3. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven record of accomplishment in sales

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

5. Ability to prioritise and work under pressure

6. Good interpersonal skills

7. Solid experience with CRM software

8. Experience of using Microsoft 365

9. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

10. Experience managing campaigns

11. Quick learner and eager to learn and grow
