Our Direct-to-Consumer Ecommerce offer was made ever more relevant as Covid-19 changes the needs of UK consumers.2021 will see us ramp up advertising as we launch a new Water system. Our 5-year strategic plan to install our Water systems in 200,000 UK homes will help families across the UK drink more water while preventing the use of 350 million plastic bottles.
**What You'll Be Doing**
Our client is looking for a customer experience analyst who is a self-starter, independent and ready to get stuck in, in all aspects of the company. Being responsible for the customer experience from sale to instillation and retention of customers.
This role will give you the chance to learn about all aspects of business and connect you to a wide network within the virgin group.
- Take on small projects, working with multiple business functions in order to drive process change and improve customers’ journeys
- present new ideas visually in order to ensure business participation and understanding
- work with data effectively to analyse current processes and drive change
- Turn customer data into actionable insights
- Establish, map and document business processes for all customer interactions ensuring systems solutions are aligned
- Work collaboratively with all departments, influencing others to adapt alternative processes where needed in line with the analysis of the customer experience
- Run workshops and take ownership of projects
- Taking ownership of product launches
The team work a hybrid model with 2-3 days in the old street office..
**What We're Looking For**
- Understanding of processes
- Interest and basic knowledge of data analysis
- Ability to facilitate workshops and system implementation
- MS Excel
- ERP / CRM development
- Process redesign
- Have a analytical approach to problem solving,
- able to gather accurate and complete data
- Good people person
