**eCommerce Data Analyst**
Based in London, our leading FTSE listed client is looking for an eCommerce Data Analyst to join their team on a temporary 3-month basis. This role will be hybrid working with 2 days in the office.
This job would suit a strong Data Analyst with experience of working in a highly analytical role, to be responsible for providing critical analytical decision support that will ultimately drive improved sales and gross profit performance.

The successful individual will be a proven Data Analyst with a track record of working with key stakeholders influencing and helping to guide decisions in the business. Understanding of retail/ hospitality/ travel ecommerce including online marketing andadvertising and customer retention/ attraction. Advanced excel and basic statistical techniques are essential for this role to manipulate and draw conclusions from data. Knowledge of programming languages, e.g. SQL and visualisation tools such as Tableau orPower BI.
Job responsibilities:
- Complete detailed analysis of digital performance, considering web analytic trends by analysing traffic, conversion, revenue, booking metrics and drivers of performance
- Develop reporting frameworks to support monitoring of specific commercial, marketing, eCRM and onsite user experience programmes and trials. Complete detailed analysis associated with projects to prove benefit of key commercial programmes
- Complete interviews / run meetings with internal and external stakeholders to generate insight as input into projects
- Distil findings into succinct presentations, with support from the eCommerce Lead
- Contribute ideas that drive commercial benefit associated with projects / initiatives
- Support functional teams to drive delivery
- Support the roadmap of optimisation of marketing (digital acquisition channels or CRM campaigns and workflows) or digital properties (PI website and apps) by designing robust tests and providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Implement structures to encourage understanding and engagement of wider colleagues using digital tools and data sets (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Glassbox, Foresee, Adobe Campaign datasets, SQL).
