**PMO Analyst. Circa £42k + Benefits Package. 12 Months Fixed Term Contract (FTC). Home Based - Fully Remote. UK. T6/MN/18313.**
Global organisation operating across 90 countries is seeking to secure a PMO Analyst to be part of the Portfolio Management Office team. The PMO Analyst will partner with the PMO Business Partner and will oversee a sub-set of the projects within the TransformationPortfolio.
**ROLE**:
- Key member of the Portfolio Management Office team.
- Partner with the PMO Business Partner.
- Responsible for a sub-set of the projects within the Transformation Portfolio.
- Work across a portfolio of c.15 global projects.
- Driving development & adoption of good PMO practices & controls.
- Coach Project Managers & Project Leads - in Transformation Delivery Lifecycle, PMO Controls & Stage Gate preparation.
- Oversight of - Projects’ Delivery Status, Risks, Issues & Plans, Management of Interdependencies.
- Escalation & intervention to Senior leadership when required.
- Stakeholder Management / Engagement with - Transformation Delivery & IT Management Teams, Project Teams, Project Managers & Project Leads.
**SKILLS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:
- PMO Analyst - Significant experience in a PMO Analyst role.
- Portfolio Management, Project, Programme - practices, standards & methodologies experience.
- PMP Practiced & PMO Controls - supporting good practice adoption.
- Manage conflicting PMO & Project priorities.
- Stakeholder Management / Engagement experience - ability to communicate across all levels of stakeholder - Transformation Delivery & IT Management Teams, Project Teams, Project Managers & Project Leads.
- Able to build strong relationships - ability to influence.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills.
- Proactive & solutions-orientated approach - problem solving skills, able to identify & implement solutions.
- Project Management methodology experience e.g., - Prince2, Waterfall, PMP, Agile etc.
- Utilising Project & Portfolio Management tools, e.g., Project Online, MS Project etc.
- Microsoft Applications - Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint - knowledge.
- Attention to detail - an eye for detail.
- Flexible & pragmatic approach.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment - whilst maintaining high quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills - both written & oral English.
- Collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Cultuarlly Aware - ideally have worked in an International PMO.
**Desirable**:
- PRINCE2 or Project Management Professional (PMP) qualifications.
- P3O qualification.
- Second language - preferably French, Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic.
