**Clinical Trial Assistant - Oncology - Leeds (St James Hospital)**

**Part time (1 day per week)**

Key responsibilities include:

- Manage and maintain patient records and regulatory documents.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for patients and study team members.
- Assist with the preparation of study-related documentation.
- Data entry and management.
- Provide information and support to patients participating in the clinical trial.
- Assist with patient recruitment and screening.
- Coordinate patient visits and follow-up appointments.
- Assist with the collection and management of clinical trial data.
- Participate in clinical trial meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a clinical research setting is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
