As a **Junior Customer Service Assistant**, you will act as a key touchpoint between our clients’ brands and their customers. Your role is to ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression, contributing to client satisfaction and campaign success. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in marketing, customer service, or sales.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality customer support during marketing events and campaigns
- Answer customer queries and offer accurate product or service information
- Represent client brands in a confident and professional manner
- Support the customer experience team with reporting and feedback collection
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer insights
- Assist with setting up promotional events or stands
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and campaign outcomes
- Attend regular training sessions to build product knowledge and communication skills
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the marketing industry
- Previous experience in customer service or promotions is a plus but not essential
