Provision of an efficient, comprehensive, confidential, administrative and support service to the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Community teams.

Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the team, ensuring service users and staff are provided with a comprehensive support service.

To undertake clinical administrative work as required by the Clinical Team / Admin Team Leader

To deal efficiently with all correspondence, monitoring telephone enquiries and providing information as appropriate.

To deal with enquiries/visitors.

To deal with patient enquiries.

To liaise and deal with all departments and external agencies, patients, and Carers.

Undertake office duties, including faxing, filing photocopying, dealing with incoming / outgoing mail. Dealing with all telephone calls and associated duties in an efficient and timely manner.

Arranging transport and appointments for patients as and when required.

Arranging translation services for patients.

To undertake any other duties that would be a reasonable expectation of the role.

To undertake clinical administrative work as required by the Clinical team / Admin team leader

Providing cover and support and working in a team

To type and compose letters, memoranda and other documentation as required.

To source and process information as required.

Using Microsoft Excel, producing reports with the Trust reporting system to show high quality reports within agreed deadlines, as required.

To convene and attend regular team meetings as required, producing agendas and accurate minutes, making all necessary arrangements, including the collation of papers and agenda items.

Maintaining efficient filing systems for patient’s records and documentation, carrying out regular checks on the correct filing of all information in line with Information Governance procedures. Uploading clinical documents to RIO.

To support trained staff to ensure that data is recorded onto RIO in line with data quality and timeliness requirements, as indicated by the Trust.

Updating information boards as directed by the Admin Lead / Clinical Leads

Monitor and maintain adequate levels of all stock and non-stock items etc.in line with standing financial instructions

Arranging translation services for patients.

To undertake any other duties that would be a reasonable expectation of the role.
