**HRG Services have an exciting Dual Sales & Admin role available.**

**We want you to play a big part in helping us grow our timber window refurbishment business.**

**This is an interesting and varied role with exciting opportunities for progression available as the company expands.**

**About Us**

We are a small team but are looking to expand and grow, which will prove to be an exciting time for all involved.

Initially the role will involve onsite project surveying at customers’ homes so a clean, friendly and approachable appearance is a must as you will be the first person the customer sees. You will then move into sales and be tasked with providing these customers with costs for their projects.

Your target will be to improve the sales process by working closely with the Director and in time increase sales for the company overall month on month.

Once accomplished at the Sales and to keep things interesting, you will be requested to learn the basics of the operations side of the business so roles can be shared if and when needed. This will include the management of the onsite team and projects.

**Brief Summary of Role**:
Initial intense learning of what we offer and how the company would like to be portrayed.

Travel to customers’ homes throughout the Dorset, Hampshire ,Wiltshire, and Somerset areas two/three days a week

Produce Estimates to send to clients

Following up on all sent estimates and maintain CRM system

Improve and implement sales improvements

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year + future bonuses

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Full training will be provided although a background in sales would be preferred

**Information**: Full time position with access to company van provided.
