As the Junior Salesforce Administrator for this hugely successful Reinsurance company based in the City Of London, you will learn to provide day to day support for Salesforce queries and support the Product Owner as the Salesforce solution continues itsgrowth & evolution across the business.

The Junior Salesforce Administrator will need to demonstrate some previous knowledge/experience of Salesforce possibly as a User or through training/certification, alongside the genuine desire to expand your current knowledge through learning new skillsto deliver a critical system for the Reinsurance business.

Working within this supportive corporate environment there will be plenty of opportunities for additional training to develop your skills & knowledge, including how to design and develop the existing Salesforce platform.

Once settled into the role, the company offer hybrid working, typically 2 days in the office & 3 days WFH each week.

**The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for**:

- Undertaking the essential administrative functions, including user maintenance, reports and dashboards.
- Providing assistance in the training of new users.
- Liaising with other departments to establish efficient methods to support administrative development.
- Learning to gather requirements and assist in building & improving the Salesforce technical solutions.
- Supporting circa 120 users with BAU, ensuring the agreed SLA's are achieved.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Some previous Salesforce Administration experience.
- A positive attitude with the hunger to learn more, put training into action and become a more skilled & experienced Salesforce Administrator.
- The ability to work effectively, display empathy and influence others beyond your direct control, across the business including different Countries and Cultures.
- Along with good computer skills, can manage conflicting priorities within a fast paced environment with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problems solving skills.
