Supply Chain Planner

Guenther Bakeries is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Banbury. This position is responsible for managing the inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
**Job Duties**:
- Manage the inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
- Track and manage the shipment of raw materials to the manufacturing facility.
- Ensure that all documentation required by clients is complete and accurate.
- Work with manufacturing staff to ensure that all required paperwork is completed, including weekly production reports, cycle counts, etc.
- Ensure that all shipping documentation is complete and accurate.
- Manage the inventory of equipment used in the manufacturing process.
- Work with purchasing staff to ensure that all shipping documentation is complete and accurate.
- Work with quality control staff to ensure that all raw materials are meeting quality standards.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
