Planning and Inventory Support Administrator

A great opportunity has arisen for a Planning and Inventory Support role on a FTC, based in Banbury.

The primary function of the position is to support the planning of inventory management within the supply chain team based at the 3PL site.

You'll be maximizing inventory integrity and availability, administrating schedule changes, liaising with suppliers and internal customers minimizing material stock outs.

Key responsibilities include:
? Support the planners & inventory controller

? Support daily/weekly rhythms around material call offs and schedules aligned to meet the production plan and factory consumption.

? Understand and communicate risks to minimize impact on production and distribution schedule

? Monitor inventory levels against agreed targets and address with required corrective actions

? General housekeeping in SAP e.g. clearing part purchase orders / highlighting outstanding Process Orders / outstanding Goods Receipting /outstanding Quality Inspections

? Support the administration and reporting of Supply performance on a monthly basis to relevant stakeholders

? Any other duties deemed appropriate from the Supply Chain Department

Requirements include:
? Attention to detail and good level of administrative skills

? Working experience of using Excel or google sheets

? Working experience with using an ERP system. SAP preferred but not essential
