Administrative Assistant

Duties for this role will include:
- Deal with incoming phone calls and queries.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office. Assisting with the work of fellow colleagues as required and communicating appropriately with internal and external contacts.
- Updating spreadsheets/databases.
- Ensuring office records are kept and up to date.
- Stationary ordering and stock maintenance.
Experience/Skills Required:
- IT literate with skills in Microsoft excel, word and project.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Ability to prioritise work load and work with changing priorities.
- Able to carry out manual handling tasks
Due to location own transport is desirable.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm
