**Reports to**:Project Manager

**Hours**:35 hours per week

**Overall purpose of the role**

In the role of **Administrator**, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the business. You will provide a high level of administrative and customer support across multiple departments, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with company standards. The Role involves use of office software, effective data management, and a proactive approach to maintaining organized and compliant documentation.

This will be achieved by:
- Ensuring accuracy and efficiency of data entry tasks, ensuring all information is updated and properly documented.
- Making sure digital documents are filed in an organised manner to facilitate easy retrieval
- Assist the Project Manager with daily tasks as needed
- Helping upkeep documentation within the quality management system

**Main Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities**

The **Administrator**will be expected to perform any of the following tasks:

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all Information is up-to-date and correctly filed
- Draft, edit, and send letters digitally
- Handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring compliance with company privacy policies and regulations
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as required to enhance productivity
- Create and manage daily work packs
- Maintain digital filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and easy retrieval of documents
- Checking through returned documents to ensure these are completed correctly
- Keeping all spreadsheets and reports up to date
- Handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring compliance with company privacy policies and regulations
- Cross reference work packs and completion photos against specifications / site drawings to ensure all works have been satisfactorily completed
- Any other duties as reasonably required
