**We are currently looking for a dedicated Part-Time Accounts Payable Finance Assistant to join the team here at Bankside Hotel.**

**What you will be doing**:
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. You will work closely with the Finance team to manage supplier relations, process invoices, payments, maintain accurate records and contribute to the overall success of the business.
- Process invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile supplier statements and proactively resolve discrepancies
- Ensure all payments are made in a timely manner, in line with company deadlines
- Support monthly closing processes and assist with reporting tasks
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline procurement processes
- Maintain and update supplier records in line with company policies

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Has previous experience in Accounts Payable, preferably within hotels/hospitality
- Communicates clearly and works collaboratively across teams
- Demonstrates attention to detail and effectively organises and prioritises tasks
- Ideally has experience using Birchstreet, Dynamics 365 Business Central or other hospitality finance systems
