WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

We are Brand Ambassadors - we have sound knowledge of the IKEA product range, which we share, ensuring our ability to build trust with our customers.
- To lead and inspire a team to contribute to a positive shopping experience for the customer, so they will want to return and shop with us again.
- To support co-workers in their daily work whilst developing co-worker competence and knowledge.
- Using customer insights to improve customer satisfaction.
- To ensure customer issues are handled in a reliable, efficient, accurate and friendly way.
- Lead your team to build and retain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers in an omnichannel retail environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- Responsible for ensuring the right number of co-workers in the right place at the right time, to run the areas and serve visitors and customers in the best possible way.
- Ensure the team is achieving KPI's, monitoring performance against agreed goals and following up on the department action plan.
- Secure an efficient and cost-effective execution of Payments & the IKEA exchange & returns policy along with a customer friendly handling of all complaints.
- Lead, manage and coach co-workers to encourage development, support succession and secure a high performing team.
- Demonstrate a strong customer focus when co-operating with other departments and implement changes, to optimise our customers experience and remove customer pain points.
- Support the delivery of the complete service offer - related to securing a great customer experience throughout all customer journeys..
- Responsible for implementing changes within the function and ensuring co-worker competence is maintained.
