Customer Service Team Leader

**About The Role**
**What you’ll be doing**:
- You’ll be responsible for the day to day management of the Customer Service Department
- You’ll develop and maintain tracking process for all Customer queries
- You’ll be leading from the front, managing a small team of between 4 - 6 members of staff
- You’ll be responsible for recruitment, performance management, motivation and training and development of your team
- You’ll analyse telephone performance reports and ensure adequate coverage
- You’ll ensure consistent and timely responses to all Social Media feedback
- You’ll be committed to motivating your team to deliver a great customer experience
- You’ll be committed to offering honest advice and building a rapport with customers, exceeding their expectations and reassuring them
**What you’ll need - skills and experience**:
- Proven experience of leading a small team
- Supervisory experience within customer services, ideally in a hard goods environment
- Proven experience in motivating your team
- You’ll have practical experience / knowledge of some or all of our product range
- You'll be a confident, enthusiastic and driven team player
- You'll be committed to learning and developing yourself and your team
- You’ll possess the desire to succeed both individually and as leader of the team
