Customer Service Team Leader

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and commercially minded **Customer Service Team Leader**. The purpose of this role is to ensure the performance of the contract meets the Service Level Agreement with emphasis on quality and cost. To be successful in this role you will be required to build a mutually beneficial relationship with the client and work colleagues at all levels of the business.
**To be successful in this role you will need;**
**Commercial awareness** - Have an understanding of how fulfilment companies operate and what is required to be profitable
**Strategic thinking and** **planning** - Anticipating the customer’s business needs and taking the appropriate action as well as understanding the relationship between the client’s and Prolog’s businesses
**Relationship management** - Planning, developing and putting in place a network of relationships which withstand business as usual, problem identification and resolution, business review, development and planning
**Using and reporting data** - Understand what is relevant to the client, able to use reporting systems and produce and develop client reports. Knowledge of Excel is essential
**Communication skills** - Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to lead and influence both clients and colleagues
**Credibility with clients** - Act as the face of Prolog with an awareness of the values and behaviours in Prolog and those of the client: professional, knowledgeable, resourceful and discrete
**Great team player** - Able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive the development of the account
**Managerial Experience**:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years managerial experience in a customer service setting
