**Position**: Customer Service Advisor
**Location**: Manchester, United Kingdom
**Pay**: Competitive Rates of Pay + Uncapped Bonus and Commission Opportunities
**Hours**: Full Time Monday to Friday

As a Customer Service Advisor at Envision Ltd., you'll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our customers through face-to-face interactions. This role involves engaging directly with customers in our Manchester office, addressing their needs, resolving queries, and providing guidance on our products and services.

- Provide outstanding face-to-face customer service from our Manchester office
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide guidance as needed
- Meet and exceed service targets and KPIs
- Upsell additional products or services as opportunities arise
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Contribute creative ideas for enhancing the customer service experience

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous customer service experience is advantageous
- Enthusiastic and positive approach to face-to-face interactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Passion for delivering exceptional service

Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour
