Working as the Customer Service Manager in our ever-growing team, you will be tasked with leading our Customer service and supply chain managing activities around, customer excellence, onboarding, training, performance, and coaching. In this role you will be expected to drive results that tie back to our strategic objectives:

  • development of our teams
  • leading and enhancing the customer journey
  • Increase retention by volume.
  • improve our CX KPI
  • Improve efficiency
  • Decrease customer churn.
  • Drive Business growth
  • Increase visibility customer-side.
  • Increase customer loyalty and advocacy.

To be successful you'll need to be critical planner but great at troubleshooting reactive issues, can communicate at all levels and have a passion for building relationships that really matter. This means you'll need to be great with people, learn our products inside and out and maintain long lasting relationships with our customers to continue to improve their experience with our company.

As a trusted leader, facilitator, advocate, and coach, the CSM's role is to ensure that customers achieve their strategic business goals and retain value from our services. The CSM will be responsible for driving adoption and utilization across all areas of our front-line business ensuring that working practices and learns are shared to evolved to be our best working practices. Ultimately the CSM will own the customer's end to end experience and serve as an escalation point for issues that impacts the customer's success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
