We are working with an established children’s gift brand who need a friendly Ecommerce Customer Service Executive to join their busy website team. You will be providing highest level of Customer Service to their customers in the UK and worldwide, dealingwith queries regarding the brand’s thoughtful and beautifully made products.

**Duties as Ecommerce Customer Service Executive will include**:

- Taking responsibility for order management, ensuring orders are running on time
- Ensuring stock availability is accurate and up to date at all times
- Dealing, resolving, and recording all customer complaints in a friendly helpful manner
- Running daily reports, checking accuracy and stock levels
- Liaising with the warehouse on order and return queries
- Liaising with the Royal Mail on order queries when necessary
- Issuing refunds
- Assisting with basic website maintenance
- Wider general administration and company support when needed

**Experience required**:

- Previous customer facing / customer service experience - ideally within retail or hospitality but doesn’t have to be office based
- An excellent listener who understands great customer service
- Some administration experience desirable but not essential
- Best in class communication skills, both verbally and written
- Numerate and highly accurate, with a good attention to detail
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Ability to pick things up quickly
- Positive and flexible approach
- A friendly demeanour and a team player
