Zachary Daniels Recruitment is proud to be partnered with a luxury brand on the appointment of a eCommerce Executive. Our client is British born and is known for their expert craftsmanship, innovative design and pride around sustainable sourcing.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a eCommerce Executive to join the team
In the position of eCommerce Executive for our luxury client, you will be responsible for working cross functionally to ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operational management of the E-commerce channel, ensuring the correct implementation of businesstouch points across ecommerce, retail, logistics and I.T are executed to an excellent level and in line with the omni-channel strategy.

This role will look to optimise the user journey experience, providing outstanding customer service through excellent communication skills, taking the lead on the omni-channel experience, post-purchase processes and aftersales care strategy.
About you:

- Luxury sector experience required.
- Experience in an e-commerce operational support role required.
- Must have 1+ years' experience in using Magento or Shopify.
- Experience with Dotdigital, HubSpot and SAP highly desirable.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively using available technology.
- Attention to detail, initiative, and enthusiasm are required.
- Ability to work well in an environment that requires a high degree of self-motivation
