Tressell Ward has 28 beds and will admit patients with a variety of medical conditions with the main specialism being older people’s medicine. It is a fast paced ward, caring for complex older people including those with delirium/dementia.
This role supports our Ward with reception and administrative duties, which requires excellent communication skills and telephone manner. Computer skills experience and keyboard skills are an advantage.

You will have experience dealing with the general public and be able to calmly manage difficult situations. On our busy ward you will need to work well under pressure and prioritise workloads, dealing with patient documentation maintaining confidentiality at all times.
