We are looking for several administrators to work at one of the largest Pension Schemes in the country. - Perform a range of administration duties to support a positive customer experience
- Process casework in line with agreed procedures and process guides
- Working on computer systems, accurately inputting, updating and amending information giving attention to detail
- Once trained, we would be looking for you to manage a diverse portfolio of casework, involving benefit calculations across a number of service areas
- Effective team player, who constantly displays commitment and flexibility
- Effective problem solver with excellent organisational skills
- You would be confident in performing administration tasks
- You have a natural talent for data input tasks and numbers
- You can show initiative when something is non-standard
- You have a high attention to detail and excellent communications skills

**In this role, you are accountable for**:
- Provide a high level of technical expertise in processing and resolving complex non-standard cases within your team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with customers and stakeholders, addressing their queries and complaints.
- Support less experienced staff members within your area of expertise and knowledge.
- Administer an allocated work stream to meet all statutory and internal targets.
- Process non-standard cases and correspondence requiring high-level technical knowledge.
- Work autonomously with mínimal supervision, managing your own workload and making decisions within your area of expertise.
- Contribute to service improvement by building effective relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Stay updated on the NHS pension scheme and associated regulations.
- Conduct research and analyse complex information to resolve queries and recalculate payments.
- Carry out quality checks to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide management information as requested in a timely and accurate manner.
- Contribute to projects for service delivery improvements.
- Support the resolution of escalated cases by providing technical advice.
- Identify personal training needs and establish personal objectives
